A Wonderful Evening

On Thursday evening at the Trafo in Baden, there was a moment the founders will not forget anytime soon.

maison.work was nominated at the Real Estate Award 2026 with the new Marketing Tool in the Marketing category. This category was the first to be called onto the stage.

When the chart was shown, the tension rose for Remo Marc and Dominic. Then our name came up, the Nr. 1 in the Marketing category is maison.work. They were speechless for a moment and then pure joy.

The evening had everything a gala dinner needs. Great food, a good atmosphere, exciting conversations with interesting guests and strong projects from innovative companies. It is a good feeling to see how much is in motion in our industry, and to be right in the middle of it.

Thank you to the Real Estate Award team for the organization and the stage for the industry. Thank you to everyone who voted for us, to our customers for their trust, and to everyone who has accompanied us on our way for years. Without you, we would not be allowed to stand on this wonderful stage.

The Marketing Tool, Briefly Explained

Marketers and property managers use it to place their listings on Google and social media at the push of a button and without an agency. 

One click, and the space appears where companies are currently looking for new premises. That the industry sees real progress in it makes us especially happy.

How It Continues

The award is a nice confirmation for us of the path so far, with the goal of reducing vacancy in commercial space in Switzerland.

We have been able to reduce vacancy by more than CHF 43 million since January 2024, and the goal remains the same. We want to become the central marketplace for commercial space in Switzerland and reduce vacancy in Swiss commercial real estate by CHF 100 million by 2027.

Accordingly, our team continues to work on more reach, a better search and more suitable inquiries for our customers.
