It’s a cosy 10.5 m² space in a beautiful, historical building, Untervogthaus (untervogthaus.ch) – only 2 minutes to the Männedorf train station and 2 minutes to the Zurich lakeside. The rent is around CHF 300/month.

What I’ve always loved here is the atmosphere: a supportive community of people and a charming café just downstairs that makes it easy to connect.
