maison.work is purely an intermediary platform and does not become a party to contracts between landlords and tenants. We are not liable for the content of the advertisements or the behavior of the users on this platform.
We provide the platform for landlords and tenants and check the initial advertisements of landlords. Registrations or entries can be deleted without warning in the event of violations of the GTC.
Users must provide truthful information and keep their information up to date. They are responsible for the content of their advertisements and profiles and may not publish any illegal content. They also undertake to keep the access data for their account secret and to inform maison.work immediately in the event of misuse.
Registration is free of charge; fees are only charged to landlords when they advertise. Prices can be adjusted at any time, unless they have been confirmed in writing. Default interest and reminder fees will be charged for late payments. If invoices are not paid, the user account may be blocked.
