Q3 Ends with a Record Month

September 2026 is a special month for maison.work. For the first time, more than 1,000 contact forms were generated. Together with phone inquiries, we reach more than 1,500 leads generated. This is a new record high and a clear confirmation of the growth trend of recent months.

Behind each of these leads is a company that is specifically looking for a commercial space and has actively made contact, whether through the contact form or by phone. For our customers, this means more direct contacts with companies looking for a space.

What Is Behind the Growth

The record has several causes that work together.

The AI map search understands what companies are actually looking for and guides them more precisely to suitable spaces. Anyone who describes their needs in their own words sees faster which spaces match, and is more likely to get in touch.

Additional advertising measures have further increased the platform's reach. This allows us to reach companies that are currently looking for new premises, even outside the platform.

In addition, we have optimized organic search so that maison.work is easier to find on Google. As a result, anyone searching for commercial space is more likely to land directly on our customers' listings.

Visibility in AI tools has also been improved. More and more companies are asking Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and others for suitable spaces, and maison.work should be named there. Here too, we are seeing first successes.

Outlook

The record month of September is an interim step for us. With the new Marketing Tool, which is nominated for the Real Estate Award 2026 in the Marketing category, another lever is ready. It allows listings to be placed on Google and social media at the push of a button and without an agency, so marketers can additionally reach companies in their target group.

Together with the expansion in Romandie, we want to further increase our reach and generate even more leads for our customers.
