For the second year running: maison.work has been nominated for the Real Estate Award 2026!
Last year, we appeared on the Real Estate Award shortlist for the first time. It was a moment that filled us with pride and showed us that our marketplace for commercial premises is beginning to establish itself in the Swiss market.
This year, it’s that time again, and we’re just as delighted.
The jury has nominated our new marketing tool in the ‘Marketing’ category: it allows advertisers to showcase their commercial properties with just one click.
Select the listing and channel: Google Search, Google Display, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. The advert is then live on the selected channels straight away. Especially for a first-time let or a re-let following a prolonged period of vacancy, additional reach within the target audience can make all the difference.
What has happened since the last nomination
A year has passed between the first and second nominations, during which a great deal has changed. In October 2025, maison.work ventured into French-speaking Switzerland and, since then, has been able to expand its presence in a targeted manner, establishing its first partnerships and building a growing network of marketing agents and property managers.
In addition, the AI property search was introduced, our reach was expanded to over 70,000 companies searching each month, and the company was able to take another important step towards professionalisation by converting to a public limited company (AG) and increasing its capital.
How you can support us
On 12 August 2026 at 2.00 pm, voting will open on www.realestateaward.ch and will remain open for one month until 12 September 2026 at 2.00 pm. During this period, you can vote for our project once a day.
On 22 October 2026, the winners of all categories of the Real Estate Awards will be announced at Trafo Baden in front of a select audience.
