How to find the right tenants - a step-by-step guide

Create listing

Click on the "Login" button at the top right to sign in. Upload a listing by clicking on the "Rent out now" button. After submitting, an account will be automatically created for you and you will receive a temporary password via email. If you have just registered, you can then proceed to fill in the information.


 

If you are a business customer with more than one listing, a prompt will appear when uploading your second listing. You will then need to choose one of three paid packages ranging from beginner to professional. Alternatively, you can also take out a subscription on our pricing page. In this case, we will contact you and organize a direct integration into your CRM/system so that you do not have to add listings manually. This is the most common procedure.


 

If you simply upload a listing, you must complete the details until the address is recognized. Once you have filled in all the information, you can preview the listing and publish it. You do not need to set a title; we will insert one for marketing reasons during the verification of your offer.


 

Dashboard

As soon as we have verified your offer or the integration is complete, it will be visible in your dashboard. To give you an idea of how often your listing is viewed, we provide you with statistics. Here you can see the number of views and contact requests/leads within a definable time period. We are continuously improving the user experience for companies listing their commercial spaces with us.


 

Messages

Here you receive requests for viewings and can communicate directly with potential interested parties. You will receive an email notification for received messages. As soon as you receive a contact request, you get the message plus all contact information of the interested person/company. This includes email, name, phone, and message. From this point on, you can manage the contact request as you see fit.


 

If you have a direct integration, depending on the system used, we can send contact requests directly to your email address, the contact person's email address (which may vary depending on the listing), or load them directly into your system. Everything is possible, and the setup is free of charge from our side in 99 out of 100 cases.
