Zudem stehen eine gut ausgerüstete Modellbauwerkstatt und eine Kaffee-Tee-Küche zur Mitbenützung zur Verfügung. Zur Vermietung stehen fixe einzelne Arbeitsplätze inklusive Stauraum.
